State Fitness Test, 2026

If you need to take the State Fitness test or the NISOA Fitness Test and cannot attend one of the tests below, You may contact a member of the Referee Development and Testing Committee: Stephen Peats, Michael Pullen, Brad Ala or Brad Fogg to administer a test at a mutually agreed upon place, time and date. There MAY be a $25.00 fee. NOTE: USSF Regional Physical Tests are acceptable

Physical Agility Testing for 2025 has been completed. If you missed taking the test or failed the test and need to take it again, contact your Regional MASO Representative.
